Privacy policy
What happens to the details you send when you message us.
This policy is short and plain, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send: your message, your WhatsApp number, and any details you share about your situation. You control how much you tell us.
We do not ask for identity-card numbers, bank details or passwords, and you should never send them.
How we use it
We use what you send to understand your situation, reply to you and, where it fits, connect you with an employment lawyer. We share your details with that lawyer only so they can assist you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to see which pages readers find useful, in aggregate, and how many people tap the WhatsApp button. Google sets cookies to do this. You can block them in your browser settings.
We use this to improve the content. We do not run advertising or retargeting trackers.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Message us and we will act on it.
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you, then remove them.
For the terms of using this site, see our terms of use.
